Jiangsu Junyou Auto Parts Co., Ltdis located in the mid-Jiangsu coastal city—Taizhou, with the national 328 highway traversing it, connecting with Nanjing—Nantong, Nanjing—Shanghai, and Beijing—Shanghai Expressways. Jiangsu Junyou Auto Parts Co., Ltdwas originated from a country collectivity enterprise, which had produced Bristle Brush, Textile Machine Parts, Hardware Springs, Bicycle Parts, ect.Just from the year of 1993, we began to research and develop the motorcycle shock absorbers.In the same year our new products of shock absorbers had been appraised by Taizhou Science and Technology Bureau and Taizhou Economic and Trade Committee. In the year we realized the output value of 20 million Yuan, sales amount of 18 million, and the profit of 1.6 million Yuan.Afterwards, we strengthened the technical innovations. Only during the period of the “Ninth Five-Year”, we invested more than 40 million Yuan on the updating the equipment and expand the capability of production.In 1998, the output value excess 100 million Yuan for the first time. In August of 1999, due to the enterprise property system innovation, Jiangsu Junyou Auto Parts Co., Ltdcame into being on the base of former “Taizhou Junyou Shock Absorber Factory”.
In April of 2000, with the acquisition of “Taizhou bicycle brake cables factory”, and with the investment of 8 million Yuan, Taizhou Junyou Plating Co., Ltd was established. In the same year, it was ranked among the Top 76 Key Enterprises of Taizhou City.
In 2001, traditional management was changed into computerized method. A computer Net Center with the investment of 1.6 million Yuan, was set up. We are the first to carry out the “ERP” management among the industrial enterprises of Taizhou City.
In order to improve the quality of the products, in 2002 we imported some equipment and testing machines from Taiwan, USA, UK, and Switzerland. Thus, we strengthened our strong competition power in domestic market. In the year, we realized the output value of 189 million Yuan,and the sales amount of 180 million Yuan.
